Taking time for yourself, for your mind, for who you are is essential for peace, longevity and growth.
Training, yoga and meditiation are three things which enable me to switch off and have time to myself. A busy day? - 10, 20, 30 minutes of any calming activity which my soul, mind and body craves enables me to give back to myself, a reward for all the body and mind has endured as a result of a working day.
We can not look after one, singular aspect of our health and allow another simultaneous aspect to lapse, we must look at health, holistically. We should allow and open our minds to accept 'health' is multifaceted and the only way we can reach our full potential as multi-faceted and multi-dimensional beings is accepting this, nourishing this and loving every inch of our beings and health.
Try it today: you have 24 hours a day, use one of those hours or even half of one of them to truly dedicate your attention to yourself.
